Youth Development & Scouting

Supporting young people is a core priority of ICPA.
The organisation supports structured youth programs aimed at nurturing positive character development, leadership, confidence, resilience, and responsible citizenship.

Supporting young people is a core priority of ICPA. The organisation operates active youth groups designed to shape young minds and nurture positive character development. Through structured programs, young people are encouraged to become confident, respectful, and socially responsible Australian citizens.

ICPA supports two scouting groups operating in different suburbs, providing boys and girls with structured outdoor and leadership training. Through scouting, children and youth develop practical life skills including teamwork, communication, resilience, problem-solving, first aid, community service, environmental awareness, and good sportsmanship.

Youth programs also include camps, sports competitions, educational workshops, and leadership initiatives. These activities help foster discipline, cooperation, ethical conduct, and a strong sense of belonging — within both their faith identity and the broader Australian community.

Youth Development & Sport

Supporting young people is a core priority for ICPA. We are committed to helping youth grow into confident, respectful, and responsible individuals who can contribute positively to both their community and Australian society.

Our youth initiatives are designed to nurture strong character, leadership skills, resilience, and a sense of belonging. Through structured programs and activities, we support young people in building a balanced identity grounded in their values while actively engaging with the wider community.

Sports & Outdoor Activities

Sport plays a key role in our youth development approach. These clubs provide boys and girls with structured outdoor training and development opportunities, combining physical activity with valuable life skills. ICPA supports two active sports groups:
